Buyer mobile contact number is switched off.

Hello Everyone,

A buyer, ssuresh112211, has purchased an item from me (item id# 250657898549). I have made it a practice to make sure that the buyer's contact number (at least) is working before shipping the item. This particular buyer's phone number is switched off.

I have already sent a message to the buyer to give an alternative phone number, but with no response. Should I send the package anyway? Kindly advice. Much appreciation in advance.

What answer do you expect, we are not aware of the case details. Would advice you to keep ebay customer care and paisapay informed about the issue and if the address seems proper and complete then go ahead and courier the item.

There are many many buyers on ebay who do not provide a valid/working mobile/telephone number, many do not provide even complete postal address too.
