Fraud buyer alert, every one beware!!

Dear Sellers,
Please be beware of buyer raj_veer08 This is a fraud buyer. his phone number with paisapay is out of service. He placed the order with us for a place which is not serviced by blue dart and it was clearly mentioned in our listing that we will only ship till last mile, still buyer proceeded with the purchase.
on top of that, his contact details were false. I know how i coordinated with the recipient. Once buyer got the item, he started demanding for micro SD card as complimentary to which i politely refused. and in turn he has left us negative feedback

Is this what we get for for providing good service to buyers?


This particular buyer never had intention to pay, he wanted to keep the phone phone for free.


Appeal to all ebay CC jury members reading this. please help us get rid of this unfair negative feedback buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Please appeal in the community court.

@ Sellers publicly mentioning other seller's names in the community forum:
Please refrain from mentioning what you have mentioned as a first response. You should never use the name of the seller while addressing any issue unless the seller uses it (it is against eBay's Privacy policy).

@ Sellers who mention they will vote in favor or against any other member:
eBay members shouldn't publicly mention that they will vote in the favor of a particular member in community court. Such irresponsible statements may jeopardize the functioning of the community court and eBay may decide to withdraw the community court facility provided to the sellers. Such statements may also lead to loss of trust amongst the buyers in the eBay system eventually resulting into a loss for the sellers.

Hope, the eBay members would understand this and follow correct procedures of using the public forum such as community pages.

I have been on ebay for a long long time and very regularly we get sellers like you who give reply like you without knowing an iota about ebay and its rules. So don't preach here.

Please Note:
Prince and I know each other so he calls me Raj and I call him Prince, there is no ebay rule against it.

I have mentioned "I WILL VOTE FOR YOUR CASE" not that "I will vote for you", there is difference, understand that difference.

If you can contribute and help fellow members you are most welcome, otherwise .......

PS: In another post elsewhere also you have poked your nose without any knowledge of ebay forum & intention of helping the aggrieved member.

I dont know why, but after reading your message it is appearing to me as if the content is written by an eBay staff. Have you assumed those powers or you have been granted a few? Read the message again and you will get it.

How do you assumed that mobile-phone-etc's name is prince?? I know many sellers on eBay. They are not my brothers or relatives but still as a fellow human beings we respect each other and help each other in need.

What did you contributed to this discussion? But poked your nose and got it bruised. I dont want to comment on your feedbacks and level of buyer satisfaction here, as I dont want to take it to personal level, but seeing those gives us an idea of your deep understanding of eBay policies.

Prince jee was trying to let everyone know how a particular buyer's irrationality has upset him. Nothings wrong in that. Raj jee understood his problem and extended his support to him. Neither was this wrong. He understood that feedback is wrong and put his view that he will vote in his favor. Even that was called for.

Raj jee is a very senior member and has been helping every buyer/seller in some problem by giving his valuable suggestions. Many ebayers will vouch for that. I suggest you to refrain from making such critical "tippanis", on members with no evil in their intentions, otherwise they will surely earn you a bad name in eBay community.

this is an open forum where buyers and sellers can raise their voices for any issue they are facing. If it is dominated with such naive & dictatorial rules and regulations (as said by you) then there is no use of freedom of expression.

Remember eBay was launched as community based trading platform & Just FYI this forum comes in eBay community, it is members like us who make the community, and eBay is very liberal in itself infact, they welcome views without influence.

Read my statement carefully "Appeal to all ebay CC jury members reading this. please help us get rid of this unfair negative feedback" I have not appealed to vote in my favor, instead i have asked them to help us in getting rid of unfair feedback if they deem it was unjustified.


About Raj calling me by name, its none of any ones business how we call each other. And eBay doesn't have any such policy in place.
I request you, if you cannot add any thing constructive in this, please do not misguide others by you "thought so" self made eBay guidelines.

Sir, eBay staff can never be so naive trust me. The language in itself (apart from his feedback profile) shows his half witted knowledge about eBay and its policies.

eBay starting trading as a community, although monitory part is attached with it. however, their foundation still lies in community trading. So if at all, eBay decides to obstruct expression of views, its whole meaning of community trading is lost & I don't think, eBay heads at any point in present or future would like that.

Problem here is, buyers think sellers are not humans. their mentality is like "we have paid for the item, and we have purchased the seller" which really needs to be changed. I would appreciate, eBay stepping in, and giving little bit trading knowledge to buyers.

Although it is a community based trading platform, but like eBay we also work for profits. So we are ready to work hand in hand with eBay to equip buyers with proper knowledge on trading. However, eBay must put in their effort as well otherwise, eBay would end up being just like any other e- commerce platform doing well in terms of sale. They can ignore this, if they want to be one. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Rightly said, not only seller ko kharid liya hai, uska ghar, uske gharwale, uski gadi, uska sabkuch kharid liya hai.

In fact what you have said very aptly summarises the CORE ISSUE issue small and medium size sellers are facing on ebay today.
