Buyer is not able to access my item

Hey guys,

The buyer is unable to access my item. This is the message he sees:

Sorry,the item you are trying to purchase is no longer available. To continue shopping, click here.


Also, the seller view says that my item has sold but its NOT sold (I can see that from "MyEbay").

This is the case with 2 items.
