I listed a used handy cam and clearly mentioned at the bottom of the page that its a used handycam. what happended that I recived the payment next day and so I shipped it too, buyer recieved it & gave the recipt. now after 10 day of giving the reciept buyer is claiming that I sent him used handycam instead of new one. I tried to communicate with him but he is not listening at all.I didnt offered any retun policy as it was a used handycam and I did mentioned it. Pls advice whats the solution I dont want to refund the money as I have not done anything wrong. Buyers should read the discription properly before bidding..............PLS ADVICE.
