Buyer give neutral but satisfied with the transaction.

Buyer give us neutral feedback but she is fully satisfied with the transaction....
what to do now...
her attitude is positive in feedback but given under neutral section....dont know why....?
and ebay will count as a strike against us.....

ebay should give unlimited or atleast 100 feedback revision request per year for these types of buyers....

Now, what to do....dont know... just waiting nd watching.....

Please also note that Neutral or Negative feedbacks left by buyers with positive comments can be removed. All you need to do is appeal for the feedback by sending an email to inrswebelp@ebay.com (something that most of you are familiar with J). I’ve included some examples below for better understanding:-

Example of feedback that qualifies for removal

Feedback: Negative / Neutral
Comments: Very nice deal with best quality and prompt delivery / Good product. Thanks!

Example of feedback that does not qualify for removal

Feedback: Negative / Neutral
Comments: Product Ok! / ok
