Another seller copying pictures from my listing & selling fake Nokia xesory

Hi, this seller "Amritsar_collections" is copying my pictures, i reported to tns they said "We have reviewed your listing <160452188354> and the listing that you have reported, <160455220370>. After careful comparison, we have found that these listings do not appear to be substantially similar, and, accordingly, do not violate eBay's Image and Text Theft policy. If you have already contacted this member, it is possible that he or she has already removed the objectionable material. "

what the hell do they mean by substantially similar? I am losing business because of this. and TnS crying not substantially similar.

They are also selling Nokia BL-5c battery for Rs 110, which is 100% duplicate Nokia Battery. As original nokia bl5c comes for around Rs 350

Also, selling Nokia Charger for Rs 135 again copy/duplicate/fake nokia , as Original charger costs around 350.

Still TnS not taking any action. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Princeji first of all ebay will listen to you only if the images are your own and not if they are taken from any website or manufacturer website.

I would request you to watermark all your images bro then no one will copy them. There are many free watermark software's on the net which you can use.

At least you got a reply prince jee. Yahan dekhiye kya andher hai. One seller has copied- My title. my description, my photographs. everything and put on a listing.

this thing comes later on prince jee... pahle to usne 100% copy paste kiya hai.. reported it to almost all people i know on eBay. nyways have put it in ebay's facebook profile as well. They are more active there. from morning they have replied over 10 queries on facebook. but is is no morning in here. lets see kya hota hai.

See their answer is excatly what I told you, for stock shot photos ebay will not give you any protection, ebay will protect your photographs only when they are your own images photographed by you.

Also your listings are very generic, you will have to make some changes in your listing style in other words style your own listings so that other cannot imitate the same listing. You can check a few of my listings and see how its done.

Hey guys i think copying is bad but we all do it sometimes but to copy full listing is really bad coz its like you dont have brain to use.I think we need to use little brain of our own and make little changes in our listings so to make it harder for Dummies to copy coz anyone can right click and copy but few are who can go to code files so try to right click on my listings.
