Buyer Unable To Buy Using Paisapay

Hello I started selling on ebay from last week & having a good response.Yesterday & today I received two messages from buyers that they are unable to buy using paisapay.Is there some problem with paisapay?What should I do buyer is asking for another mode of payment.

See to it whether that specify product is online or not as you started selling on ebay from last week. check the duration of listing.

i also had the same problem 1 buyer contacted me that he is unable to pay for my item using paisapay through credit card & his debit card also.
Is something wrong with paisapay
