The buyer tmgexports has given a neutral feedback SHILL BIDDER WRONGLY INCREASES THE VALUE ...WILL NOT GIVE DESIRED DATES for the Item number: 220382312553.
We value our reputation seriously on ebay. And this allegation of shill bidding is unacceptable to us since the buyer has not paid for the item. I challenge the buyer to prove that we indulge in shill bidding.
I would like ebay to thoroughly investigate this item and if there is any grain of truth in the buyers malicious allegation then we are ready to stop doing business on eBay. We work hard to ensure that we have high policy compliance and a very good buyer satisfaction record.
We would like ebay to take stern action against such malicious feedbacks that harm our reputation. You can clearly see that the item ended on 29th March 09 and the feedback was given on 1st May 09. This was systematically done to abuse his powers as a buyer. It was given after the 30 day transaction period is over so that seller cannot approach the community court to get the feedback removed.
The buyer was clearly communicated that the dates he desired could not be achieved prior to making payment. Our item description asks buyers to check availability with seller prior to bidding. Hence there was no payment from the buyer.
In any case our legal department in contemplating serious action against the buyer tmgexports for for deliberately harming our reputation and ebay for allowing such mischief.
