Regarding BBE

Dear Sir,

My account was resticted .There are 3 buyers from Brazil not shared the Tax id and not confirm the custom charges,i was sent many messages but they didn't respond then we were cancel the order . If the Buyer not share tax id then I was not able to book the orders on EGS portal. Now tell me where is our fault and account counted BBE(Bad BuyerExperience ) is high. I was trying to contact ebay customer support but they didn't gave positive response.I hope you'll help in this case.

Please note that eBay has no control over customs and generally, buyers pay any additional costs associated with international purchases, such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.  Hence in this situation it is best that you please connect with your buyer to resolve this issue and as a best practice choose logistic service providers that can help with custom clearance for the shipments at the buyer's end.
