Regarding BBE I Need Help

My account is restricted due to BBE policy because some buyers have given negative feedback. I have 315 positive feedbacks on my account and no manager to help me. I have understood this policy and there was no INR case on my account. Please activate my account as before so that I can sell and my payments are also held on it so that I can get them back.
