Good Day,
Its been three months that i have not been able to apply for ebay global shipping platform, as it always says your account is not active and contact account manager
Now, the major issue is:
1. My account is active, why it says not active?
2. Why i don't have any account manager allotted to me?
I am attaching screenshot for your reference. i have already sent and got response from ops@ebay.com
Kindly help, what to do, without shipping i have to find outside logistics which costs me way too much
in the end i have to cancel the order
