how to stop downloading offline speech recognition data

I have Spice MI 535 and from last few days it shows downloading offline speech recognition data contineosly. Its have warrenty period. pl tell me how to solve these problem. I am afraid to rebooting becouse once I rebooting its and rebooting continues for 2 days and power off mode did not worked. now its ok, but from last few days facing above problem.

Solution: Simply cancel the downloading process of Offline Speech Recognition data and restart the downloading process again.
