hey ebay guys! When will Paisa Pay work as smooth as Paypal ?

I have a solid request for paisa pay mechanism
Can we get the email id of the buyer as soon they pay via paisa pay. rather than you guys (ebay ) sending it from a generic email ID paisapay@ebay.in

Why I need this is because I sell ebooks & digital products
I want to give a great customer service to my buyers wherein if thehy pay, I shld be able to send the product instantlt to the paid (paisa pay or ebay )email ID.

The same way how we can do in paypal.

I have a auto mechanism system setup wherein I as soon someone pays thru paypal my system automatically sends them an email with the link to download.

I really wish if this could happen.

BTW I am the first seller of ebooks in India 😉

Paisa Pay is never ever going to be as simple and user friendly like Paypal.

You must have experienced the eBay Customer Care.

My business associate's account had been suspended.
He was not specified the reason for the suspension.
He was asked to Fax few documents to reinstate the account.
He has faxed the documents 6 times till now, but still his account has not been reinstated.

Additionally, write any querry to the eBay Customer Support, you'll notice that you will not receive any response from them within 24 hrs.

Additionaly, eBay does not have Phone support, Paypal does.

eBay India Customer support is completely worthless........

Hope, i would never fall into such a situation where i need to contact them 😉
