I have an ongoing disoute with the PaisaPay team because as a seller I receive my PaisaPay weekly drafts and are charged by my bank Rs60 to clear them.
So, even if the draft is for Rs100, I lose Rs60 of it once I pay into my bank.
This is because the draft has to clear at a specific branch and they dont seem to understand that I need a draft that can either clear locally or one that is made out At Par to clear at any HDFC bank in India, so I will not be charged the out station fee.
I have received so many emails from PaisaPay team, some from the same advisors and so many where the issue has just been passed on.
The best advice they have given me so far is to keep waiting 3 days and contact them again (so a new advisor can send me a new response) or to actually change my address to match that of the clearing bank! or to change my bank. All of these resolutions are completely un-thought out.
I have also asked to change the payment cycle, to allow funds to build up and receive drafts fortnightly..which of course can not be done and instead I just receive auto emails advising me of the weekly payment cycle.
I have also asked to freeze the cycle - no result
Has anyone had a similar issue?
Is anyone receiving drafts made payable at any branch in India?
Are there any sellers receiving drafts through other banks than HDFC?

PaisaPay is by far the best payment option we sellers have.
I do offer PayPal on my UK listings, but the cheques take 2 weeks to arrive in India and 2 weeks to clear.
I would offer COD, but the post is slow and and it took over 2 weeks for me to get the cash.
I have found the same with money order/draft, so PaisaPay is still the best..but losing Rs60 from each draft! there has to be a better way.
