It is already 2 working days.Paisapay did not indicate the reasons for
delay.Wheter the verification process is completed or in what stage.The reply from ebay/paisapay
reply read like a response from a robot not from a human being. Ebay/paisapay never
confirmed the receipt of copies of credit card sent by me trough email and
fax.. My credit card already debited on 23 November 2006 and ebay can not
hold the money for so a long time in the name of verification. I am contemplating to place the entire issues relating to the working of Paisapay before
the consumer forum and RBI.
