Refund approved but amount not recived in my source account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my paisapay id and reference id, refund approved on 19Aug 2013 but i have not received amount yet!!!!!!!!!!

why its getting so late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its almost 20day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for sharing your concern.Your refund has been processed on 20-08-2013,Please note that it takes at least 3-4 working days if the bank is a non-nationalized bank and 15 working days if the bank is a nationalized bank for the amount to reflect in your account.
