Problem faced with Paisapay

I paid for item #8918203782, 8917881942, 8920328100 using Paisapay through ICICI Bank net banking account. Now the payment is neither getting shown as paid nor did I receive an automated confirmation on the payment. Although I manually changed the status to 'Payment made', I am worried since generally on paying through paisapay the status immediately reflects in ebay.
I contacted the bank and they said that the amount has been debited from the account to EBay. As a result i wrote to ebay's customer support 3 days back and am yet to receive any reply.

The seller also had confirmed that they havent received the payment yet and have been holding the shipment at my request. I am absolutely not sure what to do now. Can anybody help me out if you have had a similar experience.

Sometimes the bank transactions are also not realtime. Even after the payment has been made it shows pending state. Generally these payments are cleared in 2-3 working days but as paisapay team is very busy so it might take 4-5 days. you can contact the paisapay team via Live chat and they will inform the exact details about it.

Hi.. I checked with the bank and they confirmed that the payment is made on the same day to 'eBay PVT Limited'. Does this mean anything?

Hi,
I have been requesting Ebay regarding Item not received from since 3 months nothing is done yet. Even I paid through paise pay but now feel it is unsafe to pay through paise pay. On what basis amount is paid to seller without sending the material. Please let me know how to proceed about this.

I am also facing the same problem. I paid thru ICICI online banking but the payment status is still "pending".
I did not get any confirmation from ebay or the seller.
Can anybody tell me how to get the contact number of the seller( it is not listed in his details)jk_camerazone?

You can contact paisapay team via online chat. The ebay executive will help about your pending payment. You could get the contact number of seller also from them.

Manually changing the status as Payment Sent wont casuse any trouble with paisa Pay Payment.

Once verification is completed the amount would be reflected as paid automatically.

I AM A SELLER AND HAVE OFFERED PAISE PAY FACILITY AS A MODE OF PAYMENT TO THE CUSTOMERS.BUT IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE THE BUYERS HAVE PAID THE OUTSTANDING BUT THE PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN REALISED.
THE BUYERS ARE ALSO HELPLESS AS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.INFACT ONE OF THEM HAS JUST OPENED ITEM NOT RECEIVED DISPUTE.CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME WHAT TO DO NOW?
