paisapay received at last

Hello,
eBay India is punctual in sending the messages that paisa pay drafts are sent to the given address of the seller. Also the accounts are flawless.
But I find the message vague and without detail. For example, it does not mention how it is sent: through which courieres and the waybill numbers, etc.
On enquiry it was found that paisa pay drafts are sent by HDFC Bank (eBay's processor) through Blue Dart Express couriers.
But within the paisapay supported cities there are many locations (pincodes) that are not serviced by Blue Dart couriers.
When the covers return undelivered, paisapay team sends the returned undelivered covers through Blazeflash couriers.
All this is done without intimating the sellers. Seller is in the dark waiting for the covers without knowing who will deliver it.
In India, India Post has the maximum network penetration covering every nook and corner of the country. But due to reasons best known to ebay paisa pay India Post is not used to deliver the paisapay drafts. I believe india Post is the best means for effective delivery of the covers to anywhere in the socalled supported cities.

Private courier companies have least penetration and sparce network. Added to it the couriers frequently change their location shifting every now and then to a new location within the town/city. It addres and telephone numbers are either nonexistent or nonfunctional evn if found in telephone directories or websites.
It is also a fact that even local people do not know which courier exists in which corner of the town.
If the name of the courier and the waybill numbers are provided in advance, in the paispay email notifications, the seller can be ready to help the courier firm to deliver it to him by giving his location or by finding their location.

By all means sending the paisapay drafts every week by courieres itself is frought with many problems like bad deliveries like courier delays, transit losses, seller not at home when the courier arrives, and above all expenditure on courierage.

Instaed paisapay amount can be deposited directly into sellers bank account.
This makes things lot easier.
But eBay says at present there is no such provision. And it chose the sending weekly by courier provision.
