Sub: LG mobile phone- Authorization letter
Sir
I have been a regular customer on Bazee.com which is now taken over by E bay Inc.
I have recently purchased BRAND NEW LG 7050 SLIDING DIGITAL CAMERA CELLPHONE ( Refre (6381921004) on 2nd April 2005 from M/s Mobilzone, I initiated the payment by paisa pay and submitted the necessary details. I was intimated by E bay that I need to send a faxed copy of the credit card (attached to this letter) and some kind of authorization letter which shall be mailed to me shortly. But I am surprised to see that no such letter has been e-mailed to me nor any response has been sent to the queries I sent to E bay over the same subject. Could you please look in to the matter and send me the copy of the authorization letter immediately.
I would appreciate a quick response from your side as these kind of procedural delays only lead to damage to the customer confidence @ online shopping.
