There seems to be some confusion regarding the PaisaPay payment interval.
Your PaisaPay FAQ mentions the following:

Q. How do I receive money from my PaisaPay transactions?
A. eBay will consolidate all confirmed PaisaPay transaction every 7-days. The demand draft is made payable to payee name and corresponding bank account number provided during your PaisaPay registration. The payment is sent to your eBay registration address.You may expect to receive the demand draft within 3 working days

However, sellers are being sent payments only on a 15 day cycle, and not every 7 days.
