Dear Sapana,
?Re; the following statement in your post
Safety with Paisapay: PaisaPay uses payment gateway provided by leading banks like ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, etc, which offers most secure internet banking mechanism. In addition we also have Verisign 128 bit encryption, which ensures that all your sensitive information is encrypted. Regarding Faxing your Credit Card Details to PaisaPay, we will like to clarify, that all Faxes come to a secure server, and only authorized eBay employees have access to them.
I am still awaiting clarifications to my e-mail on whether 128-bit encryption is legal in India. I trust that ebay.in is not inducing indian citizens to break the law.
Furthermore, having read the unilateral and adhesive clauses in your Pay-Pal agreement (which incidentally is violative of at least 2 Supreme Court Judgements in my knowledge), I would inform my brother ebay sellers that they are liable to go to jail for defaults on "ebay.in"'s part.
Furthermore, why is the agreement between the seller and some foreign party EBAY AG.of USA? Is this valid and enforceable under Indian Law? What is the complete address and details of Ebay India (P) Ltd in Mumbai and why is the PaisaPay agreement not with this party?
