Recently we have been receiving lot of issues and queries regarding PaisaPay from our community members. On behalf of the PaisaPay team I will like to provide some clarifications:
Paisa Pay Payments showing Pending Status: We are having some difficulty with HDFC payments, which is why they are showing in pending status. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and will keep the community updated on any developments.
PaisaPay Logo not showing: In the new Sell Form, the sellers have the option of choosing the listings in which he wants to offer PaisaPay. If you are not able to see PaisaPay logo in some of your listings, then probably you have not tick marked that option while filling up your sell form. We will request you to check this on your listings, and if still there are problems, please let us know with the relevant details, so that we can investigate the problem further. To contact the Customer Helpdesk, please visit:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/contact_inline/index.html
PaisaPay Support Contact: To contact PaisaPay support the users can use the PaisaPay link in the Contact Us Wizard.
In Top Box, you will need to select "Ask about Bidding and Buying", in 2nd Box, the 7th item is PaisaPay, and in the 3rd Box you can choose the relevant problem.
Payments Cycle of PaisaPay: For all, the Baazee related transactions, the Payments cycle will be of 15 days. However, for all eBay related transactions, the Payments cycle will be of 7 days.
Safety with Paisapay: PaisaPay uses payment gateway provided by leading banks like ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, etc, which offers most secure internet banking mechanism. In addition we also have Verisign 128 bit encryption, which ensures that all your sensitive information is encrypted. Regarding Faxing your Credit Card Details to PaisaPay, we will like to clarify, that all Faxes come to a secure server, and only authorized eBay employees have access to them.
Warm Regards
Sapana

I Can only hope that you are reading all the posts and also understanding them,
While going through PAISAPAY OVERVIEW,The first line I read is:
"PaisaPay is a fast, easy and secure way to accept credit card payments and online bank transfers from buyers. This service eliminates the delay and hassle of conventional cheque/demand draft payments."
Now the interesting things is one buyer had paid me as on 4.05.05 via Credit Card to Paisapay(Item Number:4989007104),so that The transaction can complete ASAP.
But today 16.5.05 and no confirmation from Paispay.
Now Let me know Why You Charhe commison on each transaction if your service is LIKE THIS.
Paisapay is NOT FAST.
Paisapay is NOT EASY.
Paisapay do not eliminate hassle of conventional cheque/demand draft payments.".
WAKE UP PAISAPAY,ITS BEEN MORE THEN 12 DAYS...????
If the buyer had sent me a DD/Cheque or had opted for ATM Drop Box then I would had already got the payment and i would have able to despatch the product.
Now the most Important thing is that IN BUYER ACCOUNT ITS SHOWS AS "PAID".
Its mean that Buyer always take it as payment sent and many time he will give neutral rating or even Negative rating,Coz he will find that he made the payment long back and Seller had not sent the product.
Please do not send me a link,I had already contacted paispay from every link provided and asusual The same COPY PASTE LINES....!!
So I dont think Paisapay is of any use.
Its will only lead to more problems and make the place more worst to sell.
Please kindly confirm the order or reject as Every day I have convince Buyer that I had not yet recived the payment confirmation.
Please kindly clearify the delay of such long time.
ALL SELLERS ARE Requested to post their views in that.
Thank You,
Deep Agarwal.

I made a payment for Item# 5776986861 with ABN AMRO credit card, but it is still showing as payment pending. My credit card company says that my card had been debited. Please check and update. It is the 4th day since I made the payment,

A BIG CHEATER, A BIG FRAUD
Other sellers beware, Don't rely on paisa pay as your payment can be refunded back to the buyer anytime without informing you, & in last u have told by customer care that contact your customer for your payment.
What is this?
This is ridiculous
First of all my a/c has been suspended for no fault of mine, now after activation i came to know that the payment of 2 transactions for which i got the confirmation from paisa pay has been refunded back to the buyer, without informing us for the same. Is this be a procedure of a big ebay's paisa pay team. I cud not understand the working system of ebay india, no clarifications, no communications just a simple answer or link everyone in ebay is (Just contact customer support via given link).
And i think cutomer support has no idea of these things as they have their own answers, i don't think that cutomer support people consult our problems with the consulting persons in ebay, they have a very quick reply, u know why? cause they have a answer ready for any query, they do not have to look for the matter as they know that is not their money, this is sellers money he will handle all the things with their buyers theirself.
So I dont think Paisapay is of any use.
Its will only lead to more problems and make the place more worst to sell.

I have used Paisa Pay method to buy an item (No.5783919519) & have made online payment but I am sorry to say that even after four days ebay could not transfer the amount into sellers a/c my payment coloumn is still showing pending, rather than buying through Paisa Pay I would have gone to Mumbai & have purchased that itme & all this process would have taken not more than 2 days but DEAR CO MEMBERS you see this is HI-TEK ebay & requires more than 4 days to transfer online payment.
WILL NEVER USE PAISA PAY METHOD FROM NEXT TIME I WILL GO FOR ATM DEPOSIT.

Tell me do paisapay issues FIRC (Foreign inward remittance certificate) when international customer pay via PaisaPay. It is really a key document when you submit a export document to your banker.

Dear Sapana,
?Re; the following statement in your post
Safety with Paisapay: PaisaPay uses payment gateway provided by leading banks like ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, etc, which offers most secure internet banking mechanism. In addition we also have Verisign 128 bit encryption, which ensures that all your sensitive information is encrypted. Regarding Faxing your Credit Card Details to PaisaPay, we will like to clarify, that all Faxes come to a secure server, and only authorized eBay employees have access to them.
I am still awaiting clarifications to my e-mail on whether 128-bit encryption is legal in India. I trust that ebay.in is not inducing indian citizens to break the law.
Furthermore, having read the unilateral and adhesive clauses in your Pay-Pal agreement (which incidentally is violative of at least 2 Supreme Court Judgements in my knowledge), I would inform my brother ebay sellers that they are liable to go to jail for defaults on "ebay.in"'s part.
Furthermore, why is the agreement between the seller and some foreign party EBAY AG.of USA? Is this valid and enforceable under Indian Law? What is the complete address and details of Ebay India (P) Ltd in Mumbai and why is the PaisaPay agreement not with this party?
