Paisa Pay service is very bad

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have made payments for Sony DVD writer by PaisaPay( ID 16626760976 ) which is still being processed. I want to know why there is a delay in processing my credit card.

I contacted my credit card company and they have assured me all transaction have been completed and the money is deducted from may account.

This is my first credit card transaction on ebay and I am not satisfied with your credit card service.

Your contact us link also has some problem.I was not able to start it.Please provide phone numbers for contact.

Please provide some solution immediately
