Problem being faced with Paisapay

I paid for item no. 9703275514 using Paisapay through ICICI Bank net banking account. Now the payment is not getting shown as paid or even waiting confirmation in Myebay. I am extremely worried since generally on paying through paisapay it shows in my ebay.
I contacted the bank and they said that the amount has been debited from the account to EBay and i should contact the biller (ebay).
As a result i wrote to ebay's customer support on friday and am yet to receive any reply.

its being shown that i have paid using paisapay but it is pending confirmation. I thought confirmation was only for credit cards..i have paid using my online banking account..so why this confirmation thing??

Will I lose all my money, especially for the first item mentioned, where it is not even recorded that payment has been made...the item is worth rs.3050 and its a good sum of money
I have lost trust on Ebay....and they claim they'll respond to messages within 72 hrs. but no such thing is happening either.

Hi,
Sometimes payment via a bank account is also not realtime. You can contact the ebay customer care via online chat. Paisapay team is overload with emails so they will reply to your mail after 7 - 11 days(My experience) only.
The person at chat will clarify all your doubts.
Generally the pending payments of online bank account are cleared in 3-4 working days as they manually verify your payment.

Hi,

Normally for credit card transactions amounting to more than Rs.2000, a confirmation is taken from the customer by eBay. You are likely to receive a phone call from someone of eBay soon. Sometimes they also request for some signed docs. to be sent by fax or email (scanned copy).
