PAISA PAY PENDING PAYMENT.

There are two buyers in the paisa pay list... But underthem it show "Item Deleted - Payment on hold ". But i have already dispatched the product. & members have recived the product. Then why is this hold. Kindly explain the same.

Some sellers have wanted to know what happens in case an item is deleted. In case an item violates eBay policies, it may be deleted by our Trust & Safety Team. In such cases PaisaPay payments made by the buyers cannot be processed further. The seller should be able to view the details as “Item deleted payment on hold”. In such situations refund is initiated to the buyers as their payments cannot be processed.
