My Post to PaisaPay team:
Dear PaisaPay team,
I got an order from
parth.bakshi today and he made a payment of Rs.415/- through online bank transfer. Meanwhile I gave him a discount of Rs.40/- in shipping as he is my regular customer and sent him an invoice. But as the buyer claims that from his bank account, Rs.415/- has been debited and it asking payment. Now in invoice its Rs.375/-.
However, I haven't recieved any money from the buyer side and I checked my Paisapay account. I have also guided the buyer to contact paisapay team and told to have trust on both on me and paisapay side.
Kindly please look at this matter and solve the issue asap.

Hello Navaneeth,
Thank you for writing to eBay.
I infer that the buyer: parth.bakshi has informed you that his bank account has been debited for the amount of Rs.415.00/- instead of Rs.315.00/-.
On checking our records, I have noticed that you have sent the invoice to the buyer with the amount of Rs.375/- (Rs.300+75/-). Hence as the invoice has been sent by you, when the buyer completes the checkout process, the amount that would be shown to him would be Rs.375/- and not Rs.415/-.
I request you to kindly contact the buyer and explain to him about how he can pay for the item.
Incase the buyer is having any concerns pertaining to the payment made by him, then you can guide the buyer to write to us via the ?Contact Us?
link on the help pages and we can assist the buyer accordingly.
