PAISA PAY PAYMENT NOT RECIEVED SINCE 2 CYCLES.WHAT IS PAISA PAY DOING?

THIS IS TO EBAY AND PAISA PAY..
I HAVE YET NOT REIEVED MY PAYMENTS OF THE FOLLOWING :

PaisaPay ID 17182303294 july 4 was the payment cycle.
payment has still not recieved.

PaisaPay ID 17306523534 : july 25th was the date of payment cycle.

payment still not recieved.

again now i got a mail saying your payment

have been dispatched .. and i dont think i will get these payments also.

please ebay people do not even email me anything saying that email paisa pay people by going to contact paisa pay department..

i have done that 100 times and still not got any suitable reply from you people.

please handle the customers which will be coming to you saying that why their payment is not sent to me as i am not going to send a single item till the time i dont recieve my payment.
you people have left me with no option but to do this.

please reply here atleast so thatall the sellers can see how good your service is.
