I paid for an item through paisapay but seller told that payment is not clear.I also marked as payment sent.So what is next?When payment is clear?

PaisaPay Act as an intermediary between the seller and buyer.So, when you get the item from the seller and after only confirmation from you that the item has been received, paisapay will transfer the amount to the seller.

So the cash you paid will be with paisapay until and unless the items get delivered to you.
