How to give SNC warning for credit card payment failed at Paisapay Gateway

I would like to know how to issue SNC for payments which have been failed at Paisapay gateway, as Baazee is not giving us credit for such cancelled transactions. The ecent example :
Order ID 2583621 dated 2.1.05 Brand New Nokia 1100

ItemId : 28227536 Buyer sivakugai1 (1)

PAISAPAY informed that payment has failed and asked us not to despatch. When we received the monthly statement of Paisapay payment for period ending January 15th, the payment has been shown as received but TILL DATE we have not received the DD/CHEQUE from Mumbai against the same. Now, we want to issue SNC warning but there is no Link for that. Can you please confirm whether the payment has been received or not.

This is regarding the Credit for the Transaction charges which are failed at Paisa Pay...Our Latest Statement has shown that Billing team has not Credited the Transaction fees for all transactions that're Cancelled by Paisa Pay due to fraud or any other Reasons..
We'll not Pay for the Amount Due unless & until we get the reply for this...The Paisa Pay Fees of 4% has been Credited but not the Transaction charges (Rs 750 in all the cases).

I do not understand why PAISAPAY is not replying to our genuine problems.

Greetings genuine_deal,

As you rightly pointed out that there is no SNC process available for PaisaPay orders. We keep a track of all orders rejected by PaisaPay department and give manual fee credit to the seller before the invoice for the particular month is raised on the seller. The Manual Fee Credit for rejected PaisaPay orders can be checked by the seller under the head Other Credits in their respective Fee Account".
