How do i partial refund to buyer

Hi-
I had a query. I had sold a product in Rs. 4000/- to one of my buyer. My buyers is not satisfied with the product and he returned it to me. I want to refund Rs. 3900/- to him after deducting the shipping and packaging cost. Please inform me how do i refund the money. Should i send him a DD or is there any way to refund through PAISAPAY.

You can initiate the refund(FULL OR PARTIAL),
You just need to contact PAISAPAY PAY,By the link below:

You will have to choose (1.)ASK ABOUT SELLING(IN 1ST BOX)
(2.)PAISAPAY TRANSACTIONS(SECOND BOX)
(3.)MAKE A REFUND TO BUYER(3rd box).

Just you need to do is that Mention all the details like Buyer id,item number and amount to be refudned.
