Hi PaisaPay Team

You have admitted you have a known unfixable bug regarding HDFC bank online transfer.

So I request you, no, implore you to inform buyer before they make the payment regarding the prossesing time for HDFC online transfers.

This way the buyer can make an informed decission to go for HDFC online payments or other mode. And if they do still decide to pay by HDFC online transfer they know and will wait for 2-3 business day for your to process their payments.

Today this is causing a lot of confusion and frustration for buyer and a lot of extra work for sellers expalining each and every buyer of the same.

Since PaisaPay is an exlusive eBay.in product, I hope you can implement this suggestion immediately without bureaucratic delays.

there are still delays in hdfc direct online transaction thru paisapay.. i've been debited on the 13th of nov, and still the money is shown as Pending!!

Can anybody in 'Ebay india' be kind enough to let me know the status of my transaction (item number: 5828702291).
It is more than 5 days & neither my transaction is confirmed nor money refunded? I was told that my payment status would get updated by today. But that did not happen.

This is last thing I had expected from 'Ebay'.

Please now don't say that you will take some more time for either of the above options.
I want you to settle the things by Saturday,19-11-2005.

Please revert on the status at earliest.

I've bought an item #6449892194 on 13th of November 2005, and paid the money using Paisapay (PaisaPay ID 14745043499) on the very same day using HDFC direct pay.

Today is 19th. How can you not process the money till now? and what about the refund? I was told that if the money is not processed by 18th, then the refund would be done.

This is one of the worst and most non reliable sites, I would not hesitate in dragging this to consumer courts if the transaction is not settled asap.

My payment dated 14-November-2005 (PaisaPay ID 14749560239) is still being shown as pending. Although ebay has issued a circular on 17-11-2005 that now the problem with HDFC Bank Online Transfer has been resolved then why even after six days my payment has not been cleared. What is paisapay going to do with payments that were pending when the problem was resolved and are still pending even after it ?

Looks like PaisaPay still not a mature payment processing method. I don't understand why in the world they would take 24 hours to process a payment. Even a cooperative bank in India can do better than this. This is a very sub-standard effort from Ebay India. I paid 35K for for the iPhone I bought in eBay, when I called there was no satisfactory answer and one time the lady told me may be my bank has some issue, I checked with CitiBank and they said its been cleared from their side. I did not expect this from eBay. I am surprised to see the problem has been persisting since 2005 till date. Not sure whats wrong these guys.

if there is an issue with HDFC transfers, why not ebay put this detail (as a warning) to all the buyers before they choose HDFC? This way lot of anxiety can be avoided as either the customer understands and agrees for the delay or opt for another payment method.

All these simple items are missing, which is ridiculous on this matured c2c platform.

They tell this after you call and ask for the details.

yesterday i have ordered an item using HDFC net banking...payment is not confirmed yet..i got mail saying ur payment will be confirmed in 24 hours...Please tell me what is the problem? when my payment will be confirmed
