I won an item on Oct 25th (Nokia N73) and paid the money also thru paisa pay. But the item was not received and when i checked with the seller he said the money has not been credited to him by Paisapay.
Seller had wrote to ebay and i also wrote about the issue but ebay claims my transaction is complete.. but after that still i had not received the item. So checked again with the seller and no response for 2 days.. opened a dispute for the item and still no response from the seller..
now the user is no longer registered in ebay and not able to contact thru ebay..
ebay don't have any call centers to whom we can talk about this and only thru emails all the communications are.. so it is very slow to settle the dispute and it is really frustrating.. not able to contact anyone (ebay responds after 2 days only for any question and seller no response)..
not even able to raise a claim because it needs 30 days ..
worst policy of ebay on settle of disputes.. this is really a security concern for the buyers..
