regarding paisa pay deficiencies of service and sellers payment dispute me

hi
i am quite hurt by delay from paisa pay side. inspite of me sending the 6 time fax for cridit card details then also paisapay is keeping all my payment pending though i have made all the payments on time.
i have even sent email to paisapay with cridit card attchment but still they are holding the payments. i dont understand how can they do this. because of paisapay payment delay i have already received payment dispute notice from halwawala1 which realy i feel hurt one,s image.
i have made payment to all my sellers within 7 days but paisapay is holding it.
how can u be soo careless to customers like this

This is not carelessness but intentional. Same way Paisapay has blocked more than Rs. 40,000/- of mine since 24.10.2006 and now telling that they refund the buyers but I have already sent the items to the sellers.

What will you say but this is intentional
