Paisapay did a chargeback for the books that were dispatched 3-5 months back. I not only lost money but also the book which I dispatched making my loss double. I had sent a mail regarding my first chargeback in April for which I never got a reply. Now for a book which I dispatched in April, ebay reversed the payment after 3 months. In both the cases, I dispatched the book to the customer. Who will pay my loss? I feel this is the right time to come out of ebay. I chose to Paisapay as it was the safest mode of payment. But, going by these 2 cases, paisapay is the most unsafe mode. Be careful friends !!!
