transaction blocked???

HI,i m a new user and had recently bid on an item from rainbow jewels with the user id of delta marketing.i found out the next day that my bid had been cancelled when i definitely had not retracted my bid.now each time i try to bid on one of their items i get the same msg i.e.my transaction with the seller has been blocked and i m not allowed to bid on their items.i mailed the seller with no response.i m a serious buyer and would like to do business with rainbow jewels.can someone tell me what to do.

dear wabinosh,
Due to non paying buyers some sellers have introduced the protection checks. You could ask the seller to remove you from those restrictions.
There is nothing you can do if the seller does not want to sell the product to you.
I hope you would find some other seller at ebay who is willing to sell to you.
