can a seller demand for a higher price than the amount of bid won?

pls help me ,today i won a bose home theatre system for rs 133,105 & when i contacted the seller he says he had planned to get rs 2 lacs,i told him he shd hv kept a reserve price to sell.i feel stupid even after winning,pls help as i am new at bidding.

I understand your dissapointment with a seller who is refusing to sell the product after you won it legitemately.

I will encourage you to follow the following process to file a complaint against the seller. While eBay can not force a seller to sell you a certain item, your report will help eBay investigate and take appropriate action agasint such sellers.
