Hi,
I just got a question regarding an item I am selling. The question was:

"Hello,I just place a look on your item and i am interested in immediate purchase of this item,but before i proceed on this transaction i will like to ask some question as follow.1.Are you the owner of this item.2. Do you accept a (POSTAL MONEY ORDER) as a mode of payment.3.What is the final asking prize you can go at last.4.will you be able to release the item for shipment once you get the Payment Confirmation from POSTAL MONEY ORDER which shows that the payment has been made.5.You are to send your NAME, ADDRESS to mail out the payment today.6.Will you be able to ship out the item via DHL as soon as the payment as been confirmed by them ,I will be paying you a sum of $700 for this item .I await your quick response,payment is via POSTAL MONEY ORDER"

Now, my question to anyone out there is whether or not this is a scam. My item is up for bidding at $350 and this person is offering way more. Plus, I have read about these money order scams.

Dear marketingsandy119,
This is surely a Scam(may be from nigerian).

The fraud will offer you any amount for the product as well as shipping because they do not have to send the money in real but just have to convince the seller that the payment is on it way to him.

After the seller get confident about the fact that money is on its way,He Ships the item to buyer and Never received the Payment.

Please Do not ship any item without getting money in your hand.

Pls do not ship your product at any cost.According to me this is a total fraud.U will never receive the payment.So pls do not ship u will be on the safe side.
