I am in Mumbai and need help to sell stuff on Ebay. Maybe you guys are all pros in this but even though I pride myself on being a technology guy, I find it quite a challange to sell stuff on ebay.
Maybe I'm getting old. 🙂
Or maybe, thanks to google, I'm getting so used to the idea that things can be simple....
My basic problem is that there is too much information on ebay and too many options.
All I want to do is
(a) put up my item for sale
(b) hope to get a buyer and
(c) complete the transaction
However, it isn't as simple as I thought. Buyers appear to break the rules by giving their numbers in the responses. Some buyers want to make deals bypassing ebay (which I think is unethical). One such guy even went out to tell me does that all the time. Boy ... what has happened to the world.
OK. Back to the reason I'm sending this post out....
I need help to sell my products on ebay.
I got a call from a nice lady at Ebay saying I should approach you guys "The Community" since I would find a lot of helpful people who would be happy to do the same for me.
So if there is anyone that would be happy to help me, please get in touch with me.
Thank you.
Regards
Rishi Gangoly

2. Once registered you can fill the SYI form in the same sell form and list your product. after that things will float almost automaically.
ONce this is done get back on the community boards to use the advance options.

As you may have experienced in your job that starting something is often more difficult than mastering it. Believe me, once you start listing, you will be able to master all the techniques very soon.
I think you can think of creating a PaisaPay account. Just click the PaisaPay account link in your My eBay and follow the steps to create the account for accepting online payment. Once you create that account, buyers will be able to pay you online and eBay will periodically send you cheques, less 3.86% [3.5+10.2%ST] PaisaPay charges, for the amount paid by the buyers.
You can also put the Buyer Picks Up and Pays option, if someone want the delivery from your house.
You can also add Listing Designer in Picture and Item details page. Just select a theme, then a sub-theme and a layout. It will look better.
It may take some time to get buyers as you are new but do not get disappointed. Things will change for better. Once you start getting authentic bids, then you can use some eBay paid listing features (like Bold / Border) to draw more bidders. Also if you list more items then also it will increase bidders for your items.
Thrash the frauds and unethical members and report about them to eBay.
Trust me, selling in eBay is much simpler than describing it.
. Best Regards 😄

Based on your location, you may find about a trading assistant in your area from the following link:
http://tradingassistant.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?TradingAssistant&page=main
This link is also available at the bottom of every eBay page (Trade Assistant)
Hope this helps!

I would like to share my experience with you. When i entered ebay it was also tough for me, because i was not at all computer friendly.I used to give some command and the computer used to perform some other command. I always thought "ki computer ko utha kar patak deti hoon, sab thik ho jayga". It was not computer's fault rather mine."Muje computer aacha nahi lagta tha isliye nahi ki computer main koi problem hain par isliye ki muje aata nahi tha".
But now i am selling my items so esily.u can contact on a toll free no:of ebay 1800-22-3229 via bsnl or mtnl. These people will call u and provide u the requied training n everything will become so ease.pls keep the photograph of your item ready on the desktop or any other place on the computer from where u can eaisly Browse it.Trust me u will love to sell on ebay.
Cheers!
