AFTER ONE OR TWO EMAILS, THE SELLER STOPED COMMUNICATING AND HE FOUND AS A NOLONGER REGISTERED USER. I WENT THROUGH THE PROCEDURES OF BUYER PROTECTION TO ESCALATE MY CLAIM. IT TOOK ANOTHER 30 DAYS ALL IN THE PROCEDURES AND FINALLY EBAY TOLD I'M UNABLE TO GET MY CREDIT SINCE MY AMOUNT IS BELOW 50 RUPEES.
I UNDERSTAND MY TOTAL AMOUNT WAS INR. 220 AND I HAD PAID USING EBAY'S SAFEST ONLINE PAYMENT METHODE, PAISAPAY.
I FEEL A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE SINCE EBAY IS NOT SUPPORTING BUYERS IN THIS CASE. EBAY CAN EASILY CLAIM THIS AMOUNT FROM THIS SELLERS PAISAPAY PAYMENT AND THEY ARE NOT DOING THE SAME.
