I as first time bidder won Sony N2 (NEW) Camera on 14th Oct. from Teknixgizmos of Mumbai-36. After payment was made to his ICICI Bank A/c# 000405023799 and confirmed transfered in the account, Mr Purvish N Oza promised to deliver the item by 24th. I have not received as yet.
The mobile#9820785463 is swithed off since then and sometimes when it is on, my call is rejected. He is not responding to any messages through ebay, emails, SMSs.

I wanted to give this camera as diwali gift to my small kids.

Please help me to either to get my item delivered in good condition or returned my hard earned money.
