PayPal Check in USD.

I have read that PayPal now issues check for Indian Account Holders in USD. Can anybody confirm this.

Hello,
PayPal shall send a cheque in INR (Indian Rupees) to your address when you request for a withdrawal greater than or equal to $ 150 (min. amount) from your PayPal balance.
A chq. withdrawal fee of $ 5.0 shall be applicable.

well none of the debit card issued by any bank of india will work with paypal,
i have tested each and every debit card as i am having more than 7 national and international bank account,

now for this purpose i have found a solution for all the ebay users,
