there is no need to worry. You just have mark the item as unpaid item. then after a week you can close the dispute and not pay the fee.
to disable buyers from other countries buying your items, do the following;
go to MY eBay;
then My Account>Preferences>Buyer requirements;
and set the options there. 😉

Dear anjul.vikku ,

Nigerians target high value Items.

If you sell high value Items and don't ship to other counties then the best is to block those Buyers.

Go to Preferences under My Account
Under Selling Preferences you have Buyer requirement.
Click Show against Buyer requirement.
Click Edit.
Under Select requirements you have Buyers in countries to which I don't ship

Just tick the box below this and anybody registered abroad would not be able to buy or bid your Items.

If you have problems with fraudsters registered with Indian address then for him you may tick the boxes under ....

Buyers who haven't gone through the SMS process

Since those fraudsters are not verified through SMS, they too won't be able to trouble you.

Hi,

No need of paying FVF if buyer is not paying.

Just open an Unpaid Item Dispute:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/policies/unpaid-item.html

Also as said by Umang and Omair, You can select the SMS Verification for Buyers at your preference.

Hope this will give you most of the gunine buyers. ---------------
