Need Help in delivery

Hey all,

m new to e-bay india...
i want to sell things on ebay (thtz silly i know)..but the main problem is tht i dont know the procedure... i mean when i list my product, some one buys it.. then wht shd i do... wil he pay me first and then i dispatch the goods by couriour or wht...

Hi,

When you get an order, First you should do is to contact the buyer by email/phone and conform the payment. All buyers are not strict, there are some fake and time pass buyers also. You should be aware that the payment has done or not. If the buyer has paid via PaisaPay, Just dispatch the item through a courier which is reliable and cheap. In case Buyer has selected COD, you can send them through VPP/VPL from your nearest post office.

Also you should be aware of feedbacks. Feedback is very important to the sellers which gives them a good reputation.
