Hey Guys,
The auction for my item(8720021112) got over on 11th Nov'05. I immediately contacted the buyer(ID:bdhiraj) to which the buyer responded that he needed more time to close the deal. Now after so many days i put this matter on ebay disputes, but still the buyer has not responded.
1) Now,Do I have to bear the expense of the listing fees?
2) Can I relist the item?
3) How can the buyer be punsihed by ebay or the seller?

Hi,
Some buyers may cancle the orders because of various reasons. This doesn't mean that they are fake.
Report Unpaid Item Dispute, After seven days, you can file the Final Value Credit (FVC).
Just go through the Unpaid Item Process if you find difficulty,
http://pages.ebay.in/help/tp/unpaid-item-process.html
On your Questions
1. You don't need to bear the Final value fees if you file the FVC, but you may need to pay the promotional listing fees.
2. Yes, you can relist your product again.
3. eBay will verify and they may take the correct action. But I can't say much on this question. ---------------

Hello,
The answers to your three questions....
1. There is no listing fee on ebay.in.
You would not be able to receive back any enhanced listing fee in this case.
2. You can surely re-list the Item.
3. You can punish the Buyer by filling UPI. This way you will get back the FVF (Final value fee) and your Buyer would get a negative tick (automatically). After few negative ticks that particular buyer may be suspended by ebay.
regards

Dear Atul,
There are many prompt buyers who bid at ebay and do cancel the orders or doesn't respond.
So giving Neutral Feedback is better and we should accept the benefit of doubt.
Also this will not irritate buyers and its secure to our profile.
Negative Feedback is for those like who Rejecting CODs, Nigerian Members so that others gets aware of that.
This is just my opinion. ---------------

Hi,
We all face the problem of such casual biddings. So don't get disheartened.
Members have already answered your queries.
About rating, if any buyer intimate me about inability to complete the deal then I donโt put any โve rating. I put โve for those who never respond to my intimations and the notice for Negative Feedback. Off-course for Nigerian frauds I wonโt wait a minute to put โve. Best Regards
