Migration to other ebay sites!

Can a seller migrate to other ebay sites? I had read about it some time back, but cant find the info anymore. Whats the procedure like?

eBay is one.No need to do that.You just go to any eBay and sign in,and see you are there.Its like one world,a single community.I just do it regularly.There is also the same myebay.You also may do it.Just fun.You feel you belong to the world.Okay?
