Dear Friends,
Greetings of the day.
First of all I would like to
thank all of you for such an opportunity to answer all your queries. I have been
using eBay since 2 yrs and had started using BaaZee just for fun and I used to
sell some small items just for the sake of passing out my time. I feel eBay is
the best platform globally and now I am a full time seller and enjoy selling on
eBay.
I feel that even after 2 years
of experience, there are still lots of things that I learn from other
experienced user or by doing some R&D and also from some new users. I feel that
any knowledge is always welcomed.
In this discussion forum I will
be interacting with you and sharing my experiences for a weekโs time.
Your questions are welcomed.
Thank you

dear redhot2kool,
You should have some product with you and you should list them on eBay.
Try collecting some product that interests you, remember that you should have
good knowledge about the products as many buyers ask different types of
questions to clear their doubts.
all the best.
Thank you

dear nakatib,
Frankly speaking I don't sell internationally and I don't have much knowledge
about international sales.
But, make sure that you take care of all the government formalities that need to
be fulfilled in doing international trade.
Thank you.

Dear nakatib
Continued from my previous reply.
I think you can post this question on help from other users board. There are
some users on boards who have experience in international trade and am sure will
be willing to help you out.
Thank you

I recently started to use Ebay.in. I put my used mobile phone on Auction at ebay with buy it now option. One person bought it under the Buy it now method. But when I check My Ebay, I have the words "payment awaited" and the note that the buyer is no longer a registered user of Ebay. Does that mean that since the buyer is no longer a Ebay member, that he will not pay? Should I wait for his possible payment and if so, for how long should I wait? Otherwise, can I put it on second chance offer?

Dear irfan,
If the buyer is no longer a registered user, then you can go ahead and sell
the stuff to some one else. You can also list it again on eBay and try to get
some genuine buyer for your product.
Do remember that you will have to file an unpaid item dispute and then go for
a unpaid item strike, else you will be charged for the sales.
In ever you need any assistance you can get back to us, we are always there
to help you.
Thank You

This is Pranav Pandya. I won a SONY Handycam via bidding few days earlier and paid via PaisaPay.
Now the problem is the seller due to some dispute has no longer registered user.
When I emailed him, He is saying that he has raised refund request. But when I contact Ebay customer care they told me that they had a request from seller, but seller's a/c does not contain enough fund.
Even his cell phone is showing all time "swithced off" message. Even in previous mail he falsy claimed that he has raised refund request.
What should I do?
My concern is How to claim my money??? Pls. help me in this.
How should I get refund for this?
I contacted my Bank and they are asking for EBay to cancel the transaction so that I can get refund.
Pls. Help me on this.
Regards,
Pranav
