Dear pr_pandya2002
I understand the discomfort faced by you and I also regret for the
inconvenience caused as the seller is no longer a registered user.
However your money is safe as you have paid online through PaisaPay.
You got a reply from the eBay customer support that the seller does not have
enough funds in his PaisaPay account. It means that the funds have been
transferred to the seller.
I suggest you to try contacting the seller again through phone and email. If
ever you donโt receive any positive reply from the seller then you can file an
item not received dispute.
Please feel safe as eBay is a very reputed platform and all the purchases
are protected. You can file a claim under eBay's Standard Purchase Protection
Program.
Please go through the link given below which explains each and every step.

I hope this information helps you. If you need any assistance you can get
back to us.
Thank you
