I am being cheated upon! Please help!!

Hi there,
on the month of may I had purchased a 128 mb memory card from a seller on ebay. Not even after a months usage the memory card got corrupted. I called the shop and they said they would replace it.
I immediately sent them the defective product on the 7th of June and they received it on the 8th of June as said by the couriers website which even has the name of the person who received it. Its the 24th of June and I am yet to receive my replacement. The strange thing is I called on the 10th of june and they say that they received the courier on the 10th of June.
Since 8th June I have called them 8 times and every time I am getting a different reply. They even gave me a consignment number but on contacting the couriers office it turned out to be fake. Once I call they tell me it has been despatched, again I call and they say it is yet 2 be despatched.
Please help me on this. That memory card cost me 750 bucks. Should I inform the authorities? Please help. This seller is based in Chennai and I live in Kolkata

You shpoud wait for a cuple of more days, after which ifthe seller dosent return the card to you pleas report the matter to eBay immediately.

Hello,

The Listing says the product carries only a 7 days replacement warranty. Hence we beleive you have no recourse.

When ever you buy a high value product you should always check the warranty terms. And it always makes sense to pay a little more and get a longer warranty.

Lexar Media and Transcend cards are available with 2 years warranty but you choose NCP with 7 days warranty to save a few rupees.

You have no one but yourself to blame in your choice of product and warranty.
