Big Fraud with me ! pls help

Seller universalcomputers2005 (now banned) disguised as a laptop seller.you might have seen his dirt cheap priced AMD athlon laptop for 38000.
I made an online fund transfer thru icici bank.
Now he does not respond and has duped 2-3 ppl on baazee.
I have registered a complaint with icici + will do same with police.
Pls suggest me any other methods or any idea.
The person is from gudur , AP
I am from bangalore.

U must file a report against him to police as soon as possible, or you will be doomed and he will run away with his ass on his head with your hard earned cash.

Just go to the site map and under Buyer tools click the link "Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described Process".
Then do as described there.
Your complaint would be under process.
This would help solve the problem.

Hi everyone
i have filed complaint with police and am following up with them.
They went to the address as given by the fraud in his icici records.
police sent a team there but that address is fictious.
also landline number doesnt work.

so what do u say about icici's accountability.
they r opening accounts without verification.

what to do

i want to get this known to more ppl
if any1 of u have contact in media , i want
to report this to some news channel and in some
newspaper.

i have filed for dispute settlement with bazee under their 10k protection plan.
