Hongkong MP4 Player..Seller Does not exist on ebay. Hw to claim warrenty?

Hello!

I bought Chinese MP3/MP4 Palyer sometimes back. It was working OK, but now its not stating at all, Even computers dont detect it thru USB. Whenever i Boot it, an Hour-glass keeps on appearing.

The seller is no longer registered on e-bay.. SMART CHAP!
In the item descrition, there is One year warrenty. But i dont know how to deal with the situation.

hello sir it is the fault of low quality product you can get it repaired as well as u can get it replaced as many sellers are giving opportunities to exchange the product at an additional cost
